there will be a casual lunch, we are asking guests who can to bring something to contribute (our budget is tiny) with a pie or whatever, and I am making a big three tier fruit cake covered in marzipan fruits. we will have music, hopefully dancing if we can clear an area, there is a flat concrete bit outside the stables, not very pretty but we could make it so and the stables have mains electricity. about 60/70 people in total, maybe a few more as the evening progresses.
those light bulbs look amazing in the trees, really affective. and I like your candle idea, thank you!
One of my friends had the poshest portaloo you'll ever see at her wedding, which was also in a (very large) garden. I didn't go into them (I was just an evening guest) but from the view I had of the sink through the door, you'd had seen something similar in a nice hotel.
I'm afraid I don't know what the company was, but since it was in Lincolnshire it's possibly not so relevant to you.
I'd look into solar lighting for atmosphere - Ikea do quite a range.
If you get lucky with the weather then that will be such a stunning location. And even if it's raining, it already looks beautiful in your April rainy photos. What a fabulous garden you have!
