i've been on this site: http://www.weddingwire.com/wedding-songs/processional-music

Our first dance (and probably only- he doesn't like dancing and we are awkwardly proportioned to do it anyway) will be a slow-dance remix of Cascada's "Every time we touch."

I'm not sure about the father/daughter dance but I'm looking for something Bob Marley that's not too melancholy or um, pothead. LOL. All the songs my dad and I listened to were about how rough things are now but they are going to get better, but that's not a good theme for the wedding yanno.

Our first dance song will be I'm Yours by Jason Mraz. It was a song I made FH listen to before we started dating. Basically telling him "I'm Yours". We deemed it our song ( ... )

Just to let you know - Daughters is actually about a woman who is emotionally scarred because her father left her. Just something to think about when deciding.

What we know for sure:

Processional - a selection from Lovers in Japan (Coldplay)

Recessional - Signed, Sealed, Delivered (Stevie Wonder), This song mostly because of Mr. Obama's election...

Cake Cutting - The Blue Wrath (I Monster), we're HUGE fans of Shaun of the Dead, and it was really the only place the song would be appropriate

Last song - So Long and Thanks for All the Fish (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy)

:) Me too! I'll always remember seeing him perform that song at the Democratic National Convention.
