Oh! I am...going to try to go to that con. Also, if I can come, I would be glad to help with the guest liasoning. Did you mean you needed one liason per guest, or someone to help with all of the above? For our con we have one guest liason for all, but I wasn't sure from your wording what you meant.

Anyway, I met Charlie Stross at a WSFA meeting several months ago and would be glad to help out with him and/or others. All I'd need to do would be confirm that I'm able to go, which means checking with some friends who could give me the needed transportation and figuring out if I can afford a place to stay (erm, not really preferring sleep in public places, me. :)

So, um...let me know what you think. :)

Yes, one liaison per guest. One guest per liaison. We like to offer personal service.

If you can commit to attending, I can get you in free and backstage. ^_^

OK, so my calendar's free and I've got someone who can give me a ride - I'm just poking around now for someone to share a room with so costs don't kill me. But I think I can give you a yes now - can you let me know for sure for GoH duties how many actual nights I will need to be around so I can ensure I can make that work (feel free to email me at emilyesse@gmail.com if we need to discuss details). Do you happen to know if Balticon has a roommate bulletin board in case I can't find someone I know to room with? Much of the WSFA group is going but I'm not sure how many of them already have room plans yet.
