So today I went to track conditioning after school. It was sweet. It felt really good to work out again. Anyways, I was the only one there that was doing Core that had a stop watch and knew how to lead it, so I had to lead it. It was pretty cool. Especially when we're doing side core, and I cant do it because my hips flexors or some other muscles; ( Read more... )
