Faydra made fudge this weekend. I'm posting the recipe for the curious and so I don't forget it

When I made mine, this is exactly what I tweaked the recipe to, though I used that chili cocoa powder that I mentioned on Facebook and I didn't use any coffee. Turned out really well and the co-workers didn't even leave me the pan - good thing it was disposable! I agree that it's a really easy fudge to make with kids. Overall it took me less than 10 minutes for the ingredients to melt.

I'd swap the splash of coffee for a dash of coffee grounds mixed in or sprinkled on top...
