3.50am & I'm awake edgy over my Social Services & Direct Payments meeting tomorrow. Direct Payments have called out my Care Manager because I've not been sending in my paperwork :-( Or answering the phone. Or ringing them back.Actually I've Never sent in my paperwork, I have Always had home visits for 8/9 years but they changed it In March to
