Definatly do that and I would suggest getting in touch with a solicitor if thats a possibility as an added attack on BT.

I cannot believe how grossly Negligent BT has been throughout this whole episode and you Should most definatly in my opinion seek legal advice and sue the Bastards....

...to hear that you have had to put up with this crap from BT (I have a not so nice for their initials (BT) but I won't mention it on here)). It's absolutely unacceptable and unexcusable. And they should definitely know better!

I really do hope that you can get to the bottom of all of these problems and that these morons will do everything in their power to help you, once and for all!

Grrr (at BT)!!!

**Sends you many, many hugs.**

God bless and take care. :).

Ombudsman, trading standards, BT head office, BT customer services, local disability rights group, local paper if you can get anyone interested (though you might not appreciate the publicity, I don't think I would). This is all ridiculous and downright *dangerous*. Did you take anyones's names in all this, that's always a handy thing to do, a) so you can chase things up and ensure they get a right bollocking and b) if they do give a name they tend to suddenly be a lot more careful and helpful in what they say or do because you then can point them out as the person who advised you badly.

This sucks, I'm hopping mad on your behalf, so much for priority customer as well, grrr!

Absolutley bloody crap service hmmm this might be a bit cheeky considering you don't have a telly but http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/ still do BT know that ;)

I'm just relieved to hear that you are OK, I was getting more than a little concerned though I expected it was down to BT
