The bloody buggers. In March I found that BT had Overcharged Me by £11.10, they sent me a text 12th March stating they'd refunded me. They did not. I assumed they'd then credited the amount to my BT account but the new bill shows they didn't. It also shows me that they've continued to overcharge me again. I said the other day that BT had overcharged me. I've been paying £3.70 a month for Caller Display (I won't answer the phone otherwise & Caller Display helps me Avoid answering the phone!) & basically this was unknown to me, but my type of account should have got that for free.
