I noticed this. Physics! Standing, however, is still beyond my comfort zone.

I used to do that a lot when I was younger. Used to do my entire paper route without touching the bars once, back when I was 13.

Wouldn't dare try that now, though.

I always felt inadequate for not being able to ride without hands very well as a kid... and then I got a bike whose handlebars had the requisite non-looseness and I can do it indefinitely.

Warning: no-hands bicycling and unicycling use very different tecnhiques which tend to interfere with one another.

Yay! This always makes me happy, when I can do it around here. Stupid hills.... On the other hand, hills and clean pavement beat the hell out of dust dunes and broken playa. Fscking dust dunes.
