Today I rode my bike with no hands for a very brief distance.

After three weeks of living in Palo Alto and saying I'd commute by bike this summer, I have a bike again, rented from the Stanford Bike Shop. (Rent > buy: I have my reasons.) Things I did today:

• Did some work. I need to do a lot more hours, but there isn't work to be done. Aiee.
• Moved another carload of stuff to the new place, and unloaded it in the rain.
• Arranged with sporkly to use the Dead Letter Truck for moving my couch and bed next week. Plus he's agreed to pick me up from the airport on Sunday night. Wow!
