I had an awesome birthday party last night! I started out the week well, eating well, going to the gym... and around Wednesday it all collapsed.

Same here - I was doing so well with the kale and other greens and I even ran a 5k (on a treadmill) on Tuesday. But then I had to work late Wednesday and made potato/leek soup and well, yeah.
