As you all are aware, our current character limit is four characters per individual player. This is to prevent character sitting, where - while you may be scraping by on activity requirements - you are generally preventing new players from joining in because you've collected all of the popular kids like Pokemon! However, sometimes you just want more than four!
We are perfectly happy to grant you an extra character slot provided that you have been generally active with all of your characters.
We will check your past activity when you make a request, but generally we are not overbearingly strict. If we are convinced that your activity will not suffer when you pick up another character, we'll grant your request! You may only request a maximum of one character slot per month, as we would like to see how your activity fares with five characters before we even consider allowing you to have six.
