Crap.
Strike one.
Grace fans her fingers out, then tightens her grip. There's an itch on the back of her neck, like something compelling her to look at the angel again. She ignores it.

Humans. They are very poor at following orders, most of the time.
Castiel, upon reflection, thinks he probably should have seen that coming. Grace seems to have a sizable streak of the quality humans call 'contrariness.'
He reflects on the run, though, heading for second.

Grace doesn't have to see it. She feels Castiel's raised eyebrow and turns, walking backwards to the bench, to give the angel a cheeky salute. It's followed by a grin and thumbs up for Enzo.
The angel wants her to bunt.
She's considering a sacrifice fly. Bunting isn't really her style; neither is listening to angels.
Her eyes flick to Castiel at first before she settles in and waits for her pitch.

Smiles, banter and eye contact (except with the ball) are noticeably absent. She squints, waiting.

Okay, then.
Fastball.

With what can only be termed unholy glee, Grace brings her bat around hard and whacks a line drive. It's a hit fueled by annoyance and defiant pride.
Bunt? Ha.
Grace throws the bat and hurls herself at first. Here's hoping Enzo makes it home anyway.

He turns back toward the base and tags it just before Grace reaches it.
Before stopping to gloat, he turns to see if Castiel has hit second yet.

He raises an eyebrow at Grace, but it may be hard to see under the hat.

If she has to go out, she's going out fighting.
