Wow. I finally have something positive to say about running! lol. Today's practice was so refreshing! We had a track workout...not a hamilton maker, but something similar if not a tad lighter than those workouts. we did a ladder which was pretty easy, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m, then 2 hills (which were quite a bit big.) and then
