Icing!

So, as I promised, how I make the icing for the gingerbread people.

Ingredients:

2 Egg Whites
2 cups of Icing Sugar
Food colouring (your choice)

Equipment:
Electric mixer
Large mixing bowl
Containers (the number depends on how many colours you want)
Spoon (number of spoons depends on how many colours you will have)

Method:1. Beat the egg whites
