Bottled 10 galleons of mead. White sage honey with cherry puree and a plain mead with honey from Madison, WI. They are both looking and tasting beautiful. Also decided that since a lot of this will be consumed by a group rather than just me that I would bottle it in wine bottles instead of beer bottles. The $4.50 corker is actually a very nice
