My laptop, and Denny is the ripe old age of 29!
According to the heavily accented Toshiba Tech Dude, my DVD/CD burner is dead. My brother and his boss (both computer people) agree, after hearing the symptoms. It's under warranty, but wouldn't be back before I leave if I sent the Toshiba in. Mom and dad are working on a complicated plan to get it fixed in Phoenix, but I'm thinking I'd rather
