after having food poisoning on sunday and spending hours in the hospital...i have found myself with absolutely no motivation to do anything. From throwing up so much..i tore the muscles in my stomach and am now in excrutiating pain..to the point where laughing, coughing, peeing...anything involving stomach muscles...even walking...is painful. i
