A lot of those apply to me too! :-P MI and PA are similar.

I think most of rural PA is similar to the midwest.

Philly is a bit different. The city has a different dialect. Row homes are common. Car insurance is psychotically high. People "double park" and think it is okay.

North Western PA seems like a whole different country compared to South Eastern.
