Mmm. I'm always taken aback at diets someone else has prepared for me... would consult my physician, though am currently dieting for the third year without medical supervision. It's not very strict or anything, just cut down on sweets, try to have lots of carbs and protein and swim regularly. It works slowly but very steadily. I'm currently more than 10 kilos less than what I was when I had started!

YAY for 10 kilos lost!

Well, the plan was written by a regestered diatician, but I've already modified it just a tad to accomodate more of my specific dietary needs (just what I know my body needs in a day) - like cutting out some of the grains and replaing them with protein. I've also added another 400 calories, simply b/c I'm more active than the 'average 40 year old woman' the diet was designed for :-)
