It's going to be interesting today. Since I'll be just about the only person left on site from our group. Just about everyone else is flying out after lunch and none of the people flying in will be in the office here until tommorrow. Well I've finished my first hole at yandi. Ah, getting back into the swing of core logging again. Last time I did some serious core logging I did over 5kms worth of core in 3 months. Actally that core had visible gold and I used to get quite excited when I saw it. Most gold mines these days mine gold that is in grains that are too small to see ( Read more... )

I feel very accomplished today. I think I haven't sat still except for when I was eating lunch. My sore feet can confirm that I have been standing for the entire day.
