Okay, Detroit was a blast - even better than I had hoped for. Of course on Sunday I got hit hard with the flu which is why I didn’t update this journal theveryexactsecond I got home. I'm listening to the Smashing Pumpkins. Ava Adore, to be specific. I'm remembering this one lyrical ballet workshop I was invited to, the instructor choreographed a dance to this song. Mom and dad went to see her neurologist at the cleveland clinic today. He put her on a new medicine which should help treat her dystonia. He also spoke with her about DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) and Botox. She hates Botox. It makes swallowing extremely difficult, sometimes painful. She of course said: "Botox?
