i wrote about that a couple of months ago. i'm all for imelda as mayor of manila. she had a vision about beauty and beautifying the philippines. why not use that vision? just don't let her touch any money. hahahaha.

i like the atienzas (lito and his son kim) but it's interesting to see someone (who's not blood-related) to run the city.
