Apparently yours isn't the only one, my friend had the same one and hers died too. There's probably a glitch in the software.

Yeah, I was pissed off. I had the whole thing on it. It was awesome. Then they offered to upgrade it for free to an 80g iPod. My mom was like "hell no" so we had to pay for it to e upgraded to a Vision W.
