By the way, about what you said in your last entry about the powers that be not wanting you to go to that meeting and being all weird about it? Well, your job's been up for grabs on Usana's website for several days now, so maybe they knew you were going to be offered a position in the other department and that's why it wasn't necessary for you to go. Maybe they weren't being jerks so much as cutting back your now-unnecessary involvement while trying to maintain their confidentiality agreement with the department that was planning to hire you. If that makes any sense.
Just an idea. Or maybe you already knew they were going to hire somebody else for QA.

It wasn't the fact that they didn't want me to go to the meeting - I don't care about that, in fact, I'm GLAD that I didn't go. It was the way they went about it. Business-wise, with them expecting (and wanting - though for the life of me I don't understand that because they are going to have FUN without me - mwahahaha) me to leave, it wouldn't have made sense for them to send me. It just bothered me the way they went about it. Just dumb.
The QA Specialist job that is there (and has been for a while) isn't for my job. They haven't started looking for my replacement yet because we haven't even finished the job description! That one is for another person that left (quite angrily I might add - don't remember if you knew Jennifer Bolander) in March or so. Oh yeah - I don't qualify for that position anyway :) At least according to Glen.
