Yes. The Indigeo's status was degraded as a result of transfer from the old compound to this new location. It was an inevitable result of moving so many residents.

Most living areas are now habitable. The park and many - no, the majority - of the buildings have been restored, some designed to be used for various purposes. Clean water is available.
