The things you find lurking in your screenshots folder

Jan 12, 2012 12:56

I've been an ardent screenshotter of bad roleplay profiles for years, but rarely sit down and clear them out.  30 minutes later, I amassed a groan-worthy blast from the past.  Warning:  rape and a ERPer await.

These profiles are over a year old, so let's hope that the people behind them have changed their ways. )

blatant erper, bestiality, moon guard is made of fail, demon in disguise, do not want, wyrmrest accord, babies, luminous orbs, flagrsp, furvert, lolwhut, worgen, twing-twang, druid, freaky hybrid, emo bullcrap, hung like a gronn, exposition, zoophilia

What I can never understand is why all these retarded god damned worgen roleplayers think that worgen females give birth to litters. They're anthropomorphic beings, pretty much werewolves. They give birth in the exact same fashion as humans. They don't have puppies. Also, the worgen curse generally doesn't surface in worgen children until puberty from what I'm told. There's no such thing as "puppy" worgen.

Eh, we don't know if it surfaces in puberty or not. There's nothing to say, I imagine being born a...Puppy or human depends on what form the mother is skipping about in on conception. Going by the starting quests, being infected by a feral and then chemically cured is quite an ordeal that a lot may not pull through with, though I don't think that applies to infection via blood from a cured worgen.

And yeah, you can have a litter of puppies but you can't have a little of anthromophic things if we're going by realismness. Maybe quads or triplets if you're lucky but it would be seriously uncomfortable and risky, and that's _with_ medical care that Azeroth likely lacks.

I was doing good holding back chuckles on the DK until I got to the part where he's a giant slab of frozen beef.

Then Rocky Balboa burst into my head and started punching him while "Eye of the Tiger" started blaring in glorious mental stereo.

Oh gods... Where to begin with the first post alone. You say these are a year old? INEXCUSABLE!! It took me all of an hour to learn Gilneas' history, and NONE OF THAT IS IT! Most Gilneans are wealthy? I somehow doubt that's really the case, though perhaps they lived a bit better than Stormwind (the Kingdom, not the city). Then again, given their isolation, it wouldn't be a stretch to assume they adopted Communism as the normal way (maybe it worked better in Gilneas than the real world ( ... )

Actually the starting quests said what they do are the 'old ways' and that they got almost driven to extinction. There's no mention of them being ex-mages, seems more likely they got hunted because 'oh noooo she's a witch burn her'.

Ah, then I retract that much, but I stand by the rest of it. Magic is learned, no matter what form it takes. Even a Paladin, who's gifts are granted through their faith, needs to learn how to channel and control it. No one just wakes up one day and finds out they can suddenly turn into cats.

*crosses legs and goes and cries self to sleep in a very strong sleeping-bag*

I assume the ERP-er was from Moonguard... it seems to hold the normal... flavour?

Definitely from Moon Guard. People that publicly display like that usually get run off of other servers.

Perhaps it's the fact that statutory rape doesn't exist as a legal concept in my country (which for the record isn't Farawayistan but a Scandinavian welfare state), and that after the age of 16 people are allowed to screw who they please, but I don't quite see how a 17-year-old having babies is auto-rape? "Three years went by and she has had her first litter" (the ridiculousness of the term 'litter' is something I won't dispute), but as far as I know humans don't have a gestation period of three years? There's nothing to indicate the got gangraped by worgen at the tender age of 14? That said, it's a dumb concept and breaks some serious lore.

The rest are just silly, hands down, though I can't quite muster the energy to be outraged by ERP flags. It's the internet, after all. Frozen meat man, however, made me laugh.

Well, the fact she became mates seemingly three years ago says she was 14 and the fact that the druid is one that was supposedly stuck in the Scythe...He's veeeeery old, she isn't. I don't know, I find it hard to decipher whether she's had puppies at 17 or younger but if this guy is a 10,000 year old Night elf he should gtfo.

Not disputing that the character is very young when all of these things supposedly happen, more the part where it becomes instant rape. As mentioned below, I get the feeling it's a young-ish person aiming for unintentionally disturbing Sue love story rather than tragic rape-backstory.

Yeah, the author is perhaps young and so doesn't see the 'creeeeepy' implications as easily. I know there's over 9000 I missed at a similar age. I'd still call it statutory rape regardless 'cause of the massive age difference.
