I can't help but wonder- if, lore-wise, playable worgen were all 'feral' and whatnot, would we be swamped with ~civilized~ worgen?

Or is it more a furry erp thing than a special snowflake thing?

Y'know, it occurs to me there's plenty of less-populated and heavily guarded places to try something like this. Would it work even then? Meh... but at least it would be a liiiiitle more feasible.
