Are there really people out there who go mushroom diving in someone's ass?

Because, if I found mushrooms in someone's asscrack and they weren't one of those Bog Lord things, "I should pick this" wouldn't even cross my mind. Everything would be drowned out by screams and the noise of a lot of fire.
