Anything less than 4'10" is actually considered dwarfism irl if i'm remembering correctly. Not that it's a terrible thing to be a little person, but generally being that small means there's some kind of underlying medical condition, which possibly could prevent you from being in the right kind of shape to even be a rogue.
Also LOL KEWL SCAR, luminous MOOD RING orbs (mood ring eyes should totally be a tag btw, this seems pretty common), ~Mysterious tattoo~, just...ugh. lol.
Technically, yes, anything under 4'10" is considered a dwarf, though I personally know two young women of approx. that height (one is probably about 4'9") who are very proportionate and quite lovely, as well as being in very nice shape- though they both have a TERRIBLE time finding clothing!
I hope that person reads this site, because all I can say is this is bad and that player should feel bad.
Really, I think RSPs like this bother me more than most, because nine times out of ten the sort who would write dreck like this-- grammatically wonky but trying to be 'dramatic' or 'artistic', flowery descriptions, all-around Trying Too Hard-- is also the sort who thinks their RSP is The Awesome, and that they are oh-so-skilled at writing. I don't know if this player is, but I'd think it's a reasonable assumption to say "yes."
