Chilly’s “lunar face” makes me think of a round, moon-shaped face, but then she goes on about her pointed cheek and thin face, so… not lunar. Unless maybe it’s a crescent moon?
Suerenity’s “self-inflicted back scar (how does one even *do* that?)”- she’s VERY flexible. And she has longer arms than a chimpanzee.
She is loyal, yet easily distracted. Intelligent, but ditzy, naïve, and too trusting. Polite, but she corrects people and speaks to them in Thalassian, whether or not they understand it. And beauty is SO a virtue!

I looked up "lunar face" on Dogpile, but only got astronomy articles.

However, I did learn that lunar dust is incredibly sticky because it's barbed and electrostatically charged, so this wasn't a total wash.

My guess is that Chill's "lunar face" refers more to the paleness of her complexion.

She's a friend of mine, so I'll stand up for her a bit... but sometimes her wording... =\ Yeah.
