You may of missed the part where Tyrande and Malfurion got married and Rhonin did a whooshy display of arcane at their wedding. Seems like the author fails at protagonists.

Fandral's going to druid jail. Nothing really about his death. After he sees his son die a second time he goes incomprehensible gibbering insane and Malfurion looks down on him with pity.

Once again: Fuck Knaak, and the sooner he dies the better Warcraft will be. At least keep him away from night elf lore, Blizzard, it feels like he's incapable of assfucking it every time he's allowed to touch it.

I'm almost tempted to write my own Warcraft Novel completely rife with all kinds of bad and see how a purposeful accident and this stack up side-by-side.

I am also not pleased that the Emerald Nightmare is explained as a simple macguffin, as it was much more bad ass when it wasn't. Unknown corruption is fecking amazing in comparison to some pissed off tree-demon-thing with some people issues.
