Ah. Those would be the angels. At least, I assume. Lower body temperature and all that? A lot of them are psychic - angels and demons both, and several of those who came through the Rift. It changes things about people, tends to grant them abilities they didn't have before, which you obviously noticed. Don't suppose you've sorted out what it's done to you?

No, I am not going to go around poking a scanner at whoever happens to pass me by. That would be rude, for one thing. But mostly, I just don't care that much.

Now that you mention it, though, there are a disproportionate number of people I've met before coming through... Not that that means anything. Could just be that residual Vortex energy from travelling in the TARDIS makes falling through this Rift more likely than it would be otherwise. Though that wouldn't explain Liz. Or Torchwood...
