OMG I love the cast list for Pimpernel!

Touko Percy, Asuka Marguerite and Chie Chauvelin! Finally Chie as a villain!

Also did they explain which version of the script this Scarlet Pimpernel is using? So far the show ran through 4 revisions over the years.

The special site just says it's going to be a "Takarazuka version". ^^;; They probably don't think the Japanese fans would care which version of the English script it is...

Given that Wildhorn tweaked various things over the four versions, I'm wondering if this new one will also be a little different? I just hope nothing changes in a bad direction, but really, I can't imagine this show NOT being fabulous.

It is the most fabulous show ever. I can't wait. Except I wish it was Sora. But I still can't wait.

After looking over the cast list more thoroughly, I slowly realized...

There is no role name for Nono Sumika.

Yeah, but she still is listed in the cast (along with everyone else), so this might just be a case of there not being enough named roles for musumeyaku. If she wasn't in the cast, then I would wonder if it Meant Something.

Oh, but I think it is significant. Sumika has been promoted so young; already getting a Bow lead, and her role in Kurotokage was so big it was like she'd jumped over Ichika for the nibante musumeyaku spot.

But now, in this play, Ichika and Remi do have role names and Sumika doesn't. I just thought, maybe her progression is slowing down a little...

Don't openly argue that point for my sake. I've been hearing too many gossips about Sumika these days **pants**
And I've already seen something similar to this in Hanagumi before, when Mih@k@...after she got a Bow lead with As@@@...then...
I'd only hope Sumika will be in the cast for the Tokyo run.

And I'll miss the great dancers Miho & Kariyan... T_T

Actually, that was my line of thinking as well. I guess we'll have to stay tuned?

ETA: I'm kind of hoping that Ai-chan is next, as she's been waiting for so long and I worry about her being passed up.
