We've got the Gulf Stream blowing warm air all over us most of the time! The only reason we got this much snow today (it was a bit deeper than the photos make it look, but not by an awful lot) is because there's some high pressure or something keeping the Gulf-y wind away and letting cold, cold Northern/Easterly wind in instead.

Or at least that's what the BBC weather told me last night...

OH GODD DID THE WINDOWSILL MONSTER EAT THE MOUSE? D: DID IT FEAST UPON POOR PEPITO BONANZA'S FLESH?

Shh, quiet, all mice are called Pepito Bonanza. It is their only true name.

DON'T BE SILLY. WINDOWSILL MONSTERS EAT ONLY HUMAN BLOOD.

I got a little toy mouse in Ikea the other day. I named it Pedro, which I think is close enough to Pepito Bonanza to almost count.

Very arty pictures, I like them. Are you studying art at college or something? You are a DAB HAND.

It was very Narnia-ish round our way today too.

My 14 year old daughter and her friend made an Abercrombie & Fitch snowman complete with six pack. Should I be worried please?

LOL @ the Zombie/Joker Snowman. And how could anyone mistake Mousie for a bear though?

WEEEEELL at the time, the mouse had no tail, no nose, and its ears were smaller. IT LOOKED NOT ENTIRELY UNLIKE A BEAR.
