For potentially generic versions of 'you', I should clarify.

On the plus side, the strong emotions have come through so clearly in your writing, it's like being bathed in it. Your way with words is even sparkier than ever.

Yeah, being happy did not do wonders for my writing. Doubtless now that I am alone and embittered once more I'll go back to cranking out the rants and treatises.

No, your writing when happy was fine, more than fine, even - I don't like the belief that you have to be unhappy to produce good writing, because then it's like having a sign around your neck 'Will have crap life for art'. I'd rather have a happy life and see whether I can write well when it's good, rather than bad.

That being said, however - it was coruscating when you were at the height of your rage. I don't know... perhaps it's just me. However, I find you communicate your emotions very well through your writing, and when you were that angry, it was blistering. It was so visceral, I was gasping.
