That sounds amazing. I mean, I still don't eat bread/much starch, but I have this massive love for learning to to do these kinds of things, and my roommate totally does. Still buys loaves of bread every week. And maybe I could make him something really awesome as a surprise.

(My last big bread gift was learning how to make english muffin bread and gifting it off to my mother who is a massive english muffin fan.)
