Imagine winter is over. Now is May 2010. The well of indemnification of water energy is broken by water and by ice. There is a crack in the basis of the weir. It occupies already not 75% but more than 90% of the whole area. The tunnel through the right coast is still closed. Through the Hydrounit - 6 the water in volume of 150 m3/sec runs. The level of water in the reservoir is on the mark 530 metres.
The freshet begins. Let it isn't great now. Let the expenditure is 8000 m3/sec in total. The spillways are being opened on 37 %. In 20 days the level of the water reservoir rises up to the Forced Retaining Level (FRL). The spillways are being opened on 100%. Water falling down from the 150m height under pressure of 70-meters thickness of water breaks the basis of a dam. The crack is being opened on 100 %. All loading is being transferred to the top part of an arch where already pressure in concrete was 50% from its settlement durability at the Normal Retaining Level (NRL). This pressure is about 60-80% at FRL. Concrete does not maintain such loadings! The dam bursts as a bubble from top to down. The huge wave has gone. That is the Wave, which a technocratic society has never seen before!
Chapter1. Movement of a tsunami up to Abakan and the Krasnoyarsk water basin
The valley of Yenisei from S-SH HPS up to Sayanogorsk is a narrow mountain gorge with a width up to 2-3 km. The wave kept by mountains, goes along the gorge, almost not losing its height (200 metres) at a speed of 200 km/h. The tsunami and fragments of a former dam meet rocks on turns, run into them and cause earthquakes. On an output from gorge the height of a wave falls. Further the wave blurs downwards along Minusinsk's hollow in two directions: along the channel of Yenisei and along the channel of the river Abakan. The wave along the river Abakan is more terribly and more quickly. The height does not fall anywhere below 20 metres Speed does not fall below 80 km/h. At the approach to Abakan the height is about 50m, and speed is about 100-150 km/h. Potential energy of water of the Sayano-Shushensk reservoir is being liberated up to Abakan. It is equal to a 20-megaton nuclear bomb. All process of going of greater mass of water out from Sayano-Shushensk reservoir takes 40 minutes. With it all, loss of water achieves meaning 10 million m3/s. Inhabitants of Abakan and Minusinsk has about 40-60 minutes to climb up the nearest mountain. At inhabitants of Sayanogorsk the situation is worse. They have only 7 minutes! Inhabitants of Cherjomushki do not have time at all!

Chapter 2. Tsunami passage on the Krasnoyarsk water basin
The Krasnoyarsk water basin is in gorge too , but wider, therefore its area at approximately same length, as at Sayano-Shushenskogo is equal 2000 км2. Here all will be easier, a tsunami having entered into waters of the Krasnoyarsk water basin will lift its level on 10 metres and will increase speed of a stream by 50 km/h and in 3-4 hours of a tsunami will strike on KrasGeS, tell KrasGeS will not sustain (magazine "the Inventor and the rationalizer", №8, 1996, p. 8-9). But with it it is necessary to understand separately if will not sustain consequences will be lethal for the state under the name of the Russian Federation, ecology of Arctic regions and it is a lot of that else. If will sustain, all the same about KrasGeS as it is possible to forget about HPS for ever.
