Yeah. I was crunching it like it was Tums and I have been informed that this was a bad idea. Like, "it makes it ineffective" bad idea. So yeah . . .

Less than a week on hormones and my nipples seem achy and my sex drive seems to have gone down. Not sure how much of it is the placebo effect so . . . yeah.
