Why do my fandoms hurt me?

So I had stuff I needed to get done today.

But then I watched "The Reichenbach Fall."

And then I read some semi-spoilery interviews about Cas's return.

And now all I want to do is lie on the floor for a while.

Roommates: What are you doing?
Me: Grieving for Sherlock! And fearing for Supernatural! Leave me alone!

Yeah unfortunately, I'm not holding out much hope concerning Cas' return. It's just gonna be one big mindf*ck, I have a feeling we will all be so so so much sadder after it all. D:

I'm actually miffed that Cas is coming back, because it means that I have to catch up on episodes :p

I agree with you about SPN, though. While it's never been a happy show there at least used to be happy moments that lit up the darkness for a while.

Yeah, when Kripke was running the asylum I always trusted that whatever terrible things happened to the characters were to set up a good payoff later. Now I just can't think of a payoff that would justify the rest of this season (unless Dean kisses Cas right on the mouth, but I'm not holding my breath).

If they do pash, I'd probably still take months to watch the episode. I would, however, spend the following week staring in wonder at the sea of gifs that will flood tumblr :p
