[Waddle Dee shook his head and prepared to talk, forgetting that he really can't. He had a mouth, but opening it was not happening for some odd reason.

Writey-writey. "I'm not hurting, but uh... I can't open my mouth. I dunno why. I just tried my human form for the first time and now I can't talk anymore help it's Waddle Dee."
