Peter Wingfiefld...that guy's everywhere! Loved his characters on Highlander and SG-1.

*snerk* Well, Doctor Who is based in Cardiff these days, so why not a Welsh Doctor? Obviously the time has come. But he'd make a good arch-villain too. As long as he doesn't have to wear the blue face paint again. *shudders* Or have Tracy Scoggins attempt a British accent. *shudders more*
