Blue Beetle in colored pencils

So icon_uk posted some Kevin Maguire model sheets for Justice League International, including Ted, Booster, Bea and J'onn. I willingly admit my first thought was "Oooh, line art, instant coloring fun!" Yes, I am perpetually twelve. After the day I've had, I needed some silliness.

madripoor_rose had the same thought only earlier.

So here's my version of Ted:

Oh very nice! I still can't figure out why my scanner didn't pick up the yellow crayon.

Thanks. That is odd. I kept your comment in mind when I colored in the goggles and belt buckle. Finding the right combination of colors was interesting. "Is this blue light enough?"

*bows head in shame* Yes, I am... mostly. I mean the belt detailing was outside the lines and I had to add the boot ends, so it's a little anarchy with my conformity?
