Blue Beetle in colored pencils
So icon_uk posted some Kevin Maguire model sheets for Justice League International, including Ted, Booster, Bea and J'onn. I willingly admit my first thought was "Oooh, line art, instant coloring fun!" Yes, I am perpetually twelve. After the day I've had, I needed some silliness.
madripoor_rose had the same thought only earlier.
So here's my version of Ted:
The printer cut off the soles of his boots when it resized it to fit, so I had to make some adjustments. I can't draw for anything, but it's a good first attempt.
I also slightly changed the belt to match the detailing showing in most artwork of Ted. The original Maguire lineart doesn't have the black outlining.
