I've had tonnes of fun and I've learnt so much this summer I wouldn't exchange my experiences with anyone else. Having baked.. perhaps more than I have in my last 22 years in the last 3 months, I've gained a greater affinity with food, cakes and anything else I've successfully (and unsuccessfully) attempted.
