No pattern (don't hate me). I just "winged" it. really. The sleeves started out as the top, but I realized they weren't quite wide enough, so I stopped when one seemed the right length, then duplicated it. The back (and front) were done by holding up the piece I was working on and then increasing the width when it got below the waist. The stitch (chain 3, stitch 1, basically) is VERY forgiving.
thought about this a bit more... it's a "T-tunic" pattern (if there is such a thing for that). I've made so many of them over the course of my life (for myself and for sale at Pennsic) that I don't really need a pattern- it's basically 4 rectangles, 2 of which get wider at the waist.
I would make short T-tunics in XXL-XXXXL sizes for sale at Pennsic for the "big and tall" fighters that arrive onsite from planes or whatever with no garb. I usually showed up with about 20 of them and I'd sell out of them within 3 days. These were sewn, not knit, of course, but you learn pretty quick how to make them. (My sewn ones don't have set-in sleeves, they are basically 2 pieces of cloth with a contrasting fabric collar)
