I thought it wasn't right at all, but then it mentions Atlanta specifically below. Apparently I have almost no accent, or at least not a regionally identifiable accent. It's also partly because I grew up with a dad in radio, who wouldn't allow me to develop a southern drawl (but who has himself, as he's aged)...

There is so much more out in the world today than there used to be, particularly when it comes to learning a language. I took three years of french in high school and college, and I can read it and hear bits of it, but I can't speak it and I get lost very quickly when I hear someone speaking french at speed ( Read more... )
