Beard Celebration '07!
I was a bit disappointed when not many people wanted to do another ficathon. So I wracked my brain trying to think of something else we could do to increase participation in the community. Then I started to notice a string of hilarious posts commenting on the Pasdar!beard and it came to me...
What does the beard inspire you to do? Beard Celebration '07 is exactly what it sounds like, a celebration of Pasdar's gloriously out-of-control beard. The poor man has gotten a lot of comments about it from the media, so let's embrace the wild lumberjack look! Feel free to get as creative as you want with your entries--write fic, create fanart or icons, write song lyrics or poems, theorize what could be lurking in depths of the beard--whatever the beard inspires you to do!

Please keep in mind that this is all in good fun. We here at vote_petrelli fully support the beard in all its craziness. This is just something meant to amuse us all and pass the time. :)

ETA: Concerning fic--I'd prefer it if the stories were new; however, I will also accept old stories you might've written. To keep it anonymous on the day of voting I will post your story in comment(s) form rather than linking directly to it and then reveal the author and original link the same day the winner is announced. - Limit of 5 entries per person.
- You do not have to be a member of vote_petrelli to participate; however, you must have an LJ.
- Comment in this post with your entires--please make a separate comment for every entry you submit. Comments will be screened in order to keep the entries anonymous (until the winner is announced).
- The contest will run until Friday, August 3rd. After that I will post voting and the winner will get bragging rights and perhaps a shiny banner of recognition.
