"Ooh... and have our interesting conversation then, hm, Jiraiya?" He stepped forward, testing them. He wanted to know just how far Tsunade would let him go.

Not far at all, he was guessing, but facts were better in the long run.

He managed to get close enough to touch, and, grinning, trailed a finger down the side on Jiraiya's face. "Did you miss me?," he whispered, his grin widening.

Playing with them was too much fun.

Everyone on the same rooftop? That was much too far.

Tsūtenkyaku was easy enough, wasting hardly any chakra at all. There was something to the beauty of taijutsu. The kick was well-aimed, cracking its fracture through the roof toward her two former teammates with astounding speed and accuracy.

There was even a small chance she wouldn't accidentally kill Jiraiya. Tsunade wasn't really focused on that.

Jiraiya's frown increased as Orochimaru stepped closer. He had a scowl on his face by the time orochimaru was in touching distance. When orochimaru touched him, he pulled back a step, clearly not amused. Jiraiya had no intention on acting toward Orochimaru just yet, not until he could catch a small break in orochimaru's defences. He then heard a sound of tsunade moving, with little time to prepare an excapre from her attack, he darted back quickly, for being caught so off guard.

Fortunately Jiraiya was quick enough to evade the full blast, but not fortunate enough to evade the whole thing. His right shoulder getting nicked by the Tsūtenkyaku. Jiraiya moved back toward where Tsunade stood, a little bit preturbed.

"Is there something I missed, or do I look like Orochimaru too?!" He asked a in a 'have you fallen off your rocker?' sort of way to Tsunade. He knew Tsunade had a hot temper, but he would have thought she could have waited a little more to achieve a more opportune time.

Pure luck got him out of the way just as the Tsūtenkyaku reached him, although he noticed that Jiraiya had caught part of it. Well, served him right for not trying anything when he'd been right there, almost completely open to attack.

He bowed again, sarcastic as always, smirking at Tsunade. "My apologies, Hokage-sama - was that too close?"

Naruto continues to examine the device that is in his hands. He then begins toying with it, his fingers pressing random buttons here and there. Suddenly an "Error" window appears on the screen. Naruto yells out in a frustrated tone-mostly to himself, "Ah! The hell??? How do I work this thing???"

By now, he is completely ignoring everyone else around him. He appears to only have eyes for this device at the moment.

Tenten watched over Naruto's shoulder as Naruto messed around with his laptop until an error message appeared. She could tell he was frustrated.
She tapped him on the shoulder and said, "Naruto, Let me see." It couldn't be that hard to work it, right?

Naruto blinks and glances over his shoulder at Tenten. He frowns and sighs, "Yeah...fine, whatever. It's startin' to get on my nerves, anyway." He holds it up, abover the shoulder that Tenten watches over.

Tenten grabbed it and looked over it. After pressing a few buttons here and there, Tenten fixed it and attempted to explain the device it to Naruto.
"I guess this buttons allows you to post messages," Tenten explained as she pressed a button. "And I think this buttons allows you to search, what these people call, the internet,"

Hinata new this was going to be a bad day when she woke up.

She was laying face first in the snow. Quickly she stood up and dusted the snow off of her. If Neji-nii-san or Father found me they would surely give me disapproving looks, Hinata thought.

Then she realized She was no longer in Konoha. Hinata looked around frantically, searching for anyone. After a few minutes, she picked up on Naruto's chakra. Happy to have found him, Hinata rushed off to go to him.

He watches Naruto's unsucessful attempts to figure the gadget out, from the corner of his eyes, and then watched Tenten's actions afterword. He looks to the gadget in his hands and opens it, watching it power on. he stares at it like it got on his nerves. He read the buttons and the numbers

When Hinata arrived she sighed in relief. She had found Naruto and he was with more people than she had expected. She started to feel uncomfortable under Naruto and Gaara's gaze so she looked at the ground.

A few moments later, Hinata looked up again, glad the spotlight was no longer on her. Everyone was staring at a small device. She looked at Gaara's device, because Hinata was going to have a nervous breakdown if she stood next to Naruto.

Suddenly noting that Hinata was a bit too close to the person who was formerly known for mass destruction, Neji felt his protective older-brother-like genes kick in. Huffing, he firmly marched over and plotted himself between the two.

Naruto gives a friendly smile, "Hi Hinata!" Then he frowns when Gaara explains what he knows about the communication device. He felt slightly jealous that he had already figured out more than him.

Naruto hear's Jiraiya's voice and frowns. So he was back? Naruto sighs and takes his own device back from Tenten, "Thanks anyway..." He mutters and tucks it under his arm before walking away from everyone. He didn't feel like being around anyone at the moment plus he smelled bad. And there was also the fact that he had some things to ponder.

Like where they all were and how they would get out of here. And though he hates to admit it, he's also wondering where Sasuke is.

...and maybe even a little worried about him.

He looks to all of the genin in the area, Gaara, Neiji, and Shikamaru seeming as if they were not in the best of moods that they could have been in. He watched as Naruto began to walk off. Remembering what Tsunade said, he ran up to naruto and grabbed one of his shoulders firmly.

"And just where do you think you are going runt?" Jiraiya asked with a very small smile. His grasp was firm enough to hopefully get the point across to stop and stay near. He didn't see Sasuke around, and the fact he had wondered off worried him, especially with Orochimaru AND Itachi around. Chaos could break loose any moment if he couldn't find him. But for now, he thought it best to keep naruto under his eyes and get all the genin together in a safer more stable area.

"Sorry I'm late," Iruka announced as he and another man appeared in a cloud of smoke. "I had to tie up some loose ends." He gestured at the blonde next to him, who looked indignant as being referred to as such. "Sorry."

Well, no one seemed to have sustained any major physical injury, so that was a plus. He walked over to where Jiraiya and Naruto were, giving Naruto a big smile.

After shaking his head to get over the slight disorientation of... whatever it was that had brought them here, Malik managed to give Iruka an annoyed look. He wasn't a "loose end." That he knew of. He wasn't particularly sure what that expression meant, exactly, but it didn't exactly sound nice.

As Sasuke realized that his analysis and investigation of the area was not producing any results, he sighed. He absolutely loathed the feeling that he failed at something. He told himself that he'd have many more days to look around and determine where he was. During his search, he did not encounter any others besides for the group he originally split off from. Though he preferred to be alone, he felt the best bet was to go back to the Hokage. For one, there was a slight possibility that she had gained information on their whereabouts. Also, he felt a bit on edge due to the presence of an all too familiar chakra. Putting on an expression of apathy, Sasuke was determined not to let any such emotion show.

He let out a sigh of annoyance as he began to make his way back to the area in which he originally found his fellow Konohagakure citizens on. "I might as well try to find them."

Naruto follows Jiraiya without any questions asked. After a few minutes, Naruto spots someone resembling Sasuke in the distance, "Hey that looks like him!"

Without warning, Naruto dashes foward until he is standing in front of Sasuke. Honestly, he is glad it is him. For now, anyway. His expression doesn't show excitement or anything. It only shows that he is glad that the other isn't dead or something horrible like that. Naruto stands there, wondering what should be said.

Jiriaya follows up with naruto and stops not far off from sasuke. Apparently, the little trace of chakura had led them in the right direction. Jiraiya always had a suspision whether it was rivalry, friendship, or something more between sasuke and naruto, then again, it could be all three. He smiled as they approached him, wondering what stunts naruto would pull next.

"Careful naruto, we want to make sure that it is actually sasuke!" He said as he followed closely behind naruto.

"What do you want?" Sasuke said after a breif period of silence. He wondered why Naruto would run up to him if he did not have anything to say. Pushing the thought of his mind, he decided that questioning Naruto's character traits would get him nowhere. Sasuke resented the fact that, despite all of his troubles, Naruto always seemed so carefree.
