Cold black heart fluttered when hidden blood-eyes spotted the familiar form in front of him.
O FORTUNA!
B had to suppress the cackle that threatened to escape. He remembered this one from his days at that place. He had always seemed to like him. Oh, it made his blood boil at the thought.
Near's hair was so white.
B wanted to make it crimson.
Settle, Beyond, Settle.
He'd only come to this area to attempt to find out where he was, and here was this delicious little toy standing right in front of him. Well... might as well play.
B crept up on Near, approaching him from behind before coming to stand by his side; wordlessly. His contacts were in, leaving him virtually indistinguishable from the man Near would most likely think he was.

“ . . . L?” was all that he said.

The mask put B off. It was really horrible looking; not at all what someone as beautiful as L should be represented by.
Hideous.
A nod.
"It seems we have both come to a strange place."
I hate you! I hate you! Calm B, Calm...
He wanted to reach out and rip that stupid mask off of Near's face, and then hopefully rip his head off his shoulders. But no. Not yet. Not quite yet.
Play with him. Just a bit more~
B scratched his leg with a single foot; another habit of his that B wanted to show off. He knew everything.

“So it would seem. The problem seems to be however, how did we come here.”
Watching as he scratched his leg with the bare feet Near was torn between wanting to believe this was really L; however, there still wasn’t enough evidence that this person really was L.
“L. . . It’s good to see you, alive again.” Near was not sure if there would a recognition of having died, or if L would remember anything; no he would have to give a little more information to see if this really were L.
“It’s over, the Kira case has been solved. I’ve got the concrete evidence.”
